Jim Puffalt has 40 years experience as a City Manager in Manitoba & Saskatchewan. His comprehensive understanding of management, organizational behavior, strategic planning, finance and government relations has been a catalyst for communities across the prairies.

With over 37 years experience in municipal government Bob has been able to translate this knowledge into concepts that are easily understood by stakeholders, staff council and general public. This has garnered unprecedented success across the province.

45 years of experience in private, non-profit and municipal businesses across the Prairies has shaped Ron's visionary leadership and strategy. A change agent with a passion for sustainable development, Ron has helped steer numerous communities and businesses to grow and thrive.

Donna has worked across industries including as a Municipal Councillor and for the Province of Saskatchewan in the Departments of Justice, Health & Social Services. She is an expert in municipal administration, finance, Munisoft and has strong political acumen. 

Tim has 40 years management experience, most recently as the Chief Administrative Officer for the City of Swift Current. He retired in February 2023, with the past 24 years serving in a municipal environment and 20 years in private industry all helping organizations plan their future.

Sarah has over 10 years experience working across business administration, marketing and economic development. Her broad skillset is an invaluable asset to the Prairie Rising team and the clients we serve, focusing on innovative strategies to help rural communities meet their challenges head on.

With over 10 years in the construction industry he has proven delivery methods in preconstruction, project delivery, design, and finance management. His driving focus is involving all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure transparent, collaborative engagement.
